Specialized Dental Partners is proud to celebrate a defining milestone in our organization’s history, our 200th partnership.
This achievement represents far more than growth. It reflects the trust of hundreds of specialty doctors who share our belief that clinicians can preserve their practice identities and remain focused on patient care
while gaining the resources, community, and support of a national organization.
Our story began in 2018 with the founding of US Endo Partners, the nation’s first dental service organization dedicated exclusively to endodontists. From the beginning, we were built around a doctor-led partnership model designed to help specialists strengthen their practices without sacrificing the clinical autonomy and local relationships that made them successful.
As we grew, so did our community. We introduced the Vision Summit as a dedicated opportunity for doctors to come together, build relationships, exchange ideas, and help shape our future. The first Vision Summit was held in Grapevine, Texas, in September 2021 and established a tradition that continues to strengthen connections across our network.
That same year, we completed a recapitalization that allowed for nearly full partner ownership, further reinforcing our belief that doctors should have a meaningful voice and stake in the organization they are helping
to build.
In 2022, we launched The Specialized Podcast as another way to elevate specialist perspectives, share clinical and leadership insights, and create conversations around the future of specialty dentistry.
A pivotal new chapter began in early 2023 when we expanded beyond endodontics. Through our partnership with Cameo Dental Specialists, periodontists and oral and maxillofacial surgeons joined our growing network.
In September of that year, US Endo Partners officially became Specialized Dental Partners, a name that reflected our expanding community and broader vision for specialty dental care.
By 2024, we had grown to include more than 400 dental specialists. Our next chapter of growth focused not only on adding practices, but on bringing specialties together in new ways. Through the development of integrated
care locations, we began creating environments where endodontists, periodontists, and other specialists could collaborate more closely, enhancing both the provider and patient experience. Early success in Arizona and Texas established a foundation for continued
expansion, creating momentum for integrated care across our broader network.
We also entered our 36th state and moved into an expanded Support Services office in Franklin, Tennessee.
In 2026, we expanded into our 37th state and reached our 200th partnership, a milestone that reflects the trust, commitment, and shared vision of the doctors and teams who have joined our community. We also continued
advancing one of our most ambitious initiatives to date: reimagining how specialty dentistry is delivered through integrated care. As additional locations brought endodontists, periodontists, and other specialists together under one roof, we demonstrated the
power of a more collaborative model that benefits patients, providers, and referral partners alike.
The growing success of integrated care reinforced our belief that the future of specialty dentistry is not just about growth, but about creating stronger clinical connections, better patient experiences, and new
possibilities for how specialists work together. This continues to be a growing focus for our future as we look for more ways to bring specialties together and support a more connected model of care.
Each partnership has its own history, culture, and connection to the community it serves. Our role is to help protect and strengthen what makes those practices special while providing operational resources, clinical
collaboration, professional development opportunities, and a nationwide community of fellow specialists.
From a first-of-its-kind endodontic organization to a multidisciplinary network spanning 37 states and over 2,500 teammates including 450+ doctors,, our growth has remained rooted in the same principle: partnership
should empower specialists to imagine more for their practices, their patients, and their profession.
As we celebrate our 200th partnership, we are grateful to every partner doctor, associate, practice team member and support services teammate who has contributed to this journey. This milestone honors how far we
have come and marks the beginning of what we will build together next.
